DebbieMarketing is the management process responsible for identifying, anticipating and satisfying customer requirements profitably.

Part as coach, part as mentor and part as consultant, Armstrong Beech Marketing works with you to identify your vision and ambition for the company as well as priorities. It is committed to delivering good-value, effective, and ‘joined up’ strategies to help your business grow and does this by:

  • working with your own team for the strategies to be carried out, or arranging for them to be implemented for you if you don’t have the staff resource to do ‘in house’;

  • working with your sales team and/or as an ad-hoc sales person;

  • organizing events and providing project management if required.

It includes working with a strategy by examining the “7 Ps” of your business:

  • What product/service you offer/research/analysis

  • Your people/right people/culture/interaction with customers/customer care/mission & vision

  • Place – how easy is it to ‘buy’ from you/where/how

  • Processes as they affect your customer / their journey /retention

Commitment?

Initially there will be more input in terms of time so that a complete understanding of you and your business is achieved. We can agree a fixed period of time for the initial tranche of work to finish. Thereafter, should you wish, we can agree for ongoing support eg per day, part-time or temporary to give you full flexibility and control.

Cost?

We will agree commitment/hours/rates/payment terms at the start of working together so that both our expectations are met. But for a rate probably less than a visit to your osteopath, you can ensure your marketing will be professionally managed and working for you. Longer-term commitments (six months plus) will of course attract even greater value for money!
